JUST IN: Names of Representatives who rejected Judy Taguiwalo's appointment, revealed!

Manila, Philippines - Along the rejection of the Commission on Appointment (CA) to DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo comes the rage of the netizens who support her and call on to the lawmakers to appoint Taguiwalo.

Social Media bloggers and supporters of Sec. Taguiwalo are calling to reappoint her with hashtag #IbaliksiJudy.

Though according to reports, CA used a special ballot designed for voting secrecy, names of those who rejected Taguiwalo were still circulating online.

Here’s the list of Representatives who allegedly rejected the DSWD Secretary’s appointment to her post:

1.       Hon. Julieta R. Cortuna; Party list - A teacher House of Representative,   Quezon City
2.       Hon. Seth Frederick P. Jalosjos; District Representative, Zamboanga Del Norte, 1st District
3.       Hon. Benhur L. Salimbangon; District Representative Cebu, 4th District
4.       Hon. Roy M. Loyala; Representative 5th District
5.       Hon. Joel Mayo Z. Almario; District Representative Davao Oriental, 2nd District
6.       Hon. Rosenda Ann Ocampo; District Representative Manila, 6th District
7.       Hon. Abraham Tolentino; District Representative Cavite, 7th District
8.       Hon. Josephine Ramirez-Sato; District Representative Occidental Mindoro, Lone District House of Representatives, Quezon City RM.
9.       Hon. Ronaldo B. Zamora; District Representative San Juan City, Lone District
10.   Hon. Wes Gatchalian; District Representative Valenzuela City, 1st District
11.   Hon. Rodolfo Albano III; District Representative Isabela, 1st District

In a post of Facebook user -Confirm Judy OR ELSE says that Rep. Rodolfo T. Albano III is married to a certain Mylene Albano who is allegedly Mar Roxas’ chief of staff.

Secretary Taguiwalo is known to be the first DSWD chief to decline pork barrel.

“Hindi naman ako nagugulat…. I have served the people well and I gave my all, and I’m proud to say that my integrity is intact,”  Taguiwalo said reading her statement shortly after she was rejected by CA on Wednesday.
