Now after the fall of the Parojinogs in Ozamiz City, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Central Visayas region has already started to investigate the Chinese-Filipino businessman, Peter Lim.

Lim has been publicly identified by President Rodrigo Duterte as one of the country's biggest drug lords.

According to Supt. Royina Garma, CIDG-7 director, they have been conducting a thorough background and financial investigation on Lim upon the request of the higher ups in Manila.

A subpoena will be then served to him within the week requesting for his mandatory appearance before the Department of Justice as it spearheaded the investigation against the businessman.

If charges were found valid and with enough evidence, appropriate cases will be filed in court.

When sought to answer the allegations, Pedro Leslie Salva, Lim's lawyer assured the public that his client will not go into hiding since he has nothing to hide.

Aside from cebu-business man, a self confessed drug lord Franz Sabalone,  retired general, and now Daanbantayan town Mayor Vicente Loot, former Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama, Supt. Rex Derilo, Supt. George Ylanan, and some other police official are under the watch list of the CIDG.

The said personalities were all involved on the drug list that was given by an intelligence officer.
